Payment Methods

There are many factors to the cost of a criminal defense trial, including the charges against you, and the court where the charges are pending.  We will be happy to consult with you regarding your case and the anticipated costs.

If you and your spouse have come to an agreement for a divorce, we can prepare all of the required documentation from beginning to end.  Our fees for uncontested divorces start at $700 and include all documents and court appearances.

A contested divorce is a very complex matter and the cost of each varies on the issues in the divorce.  Typically, a contested divorce will required a retainer between $2000 and $3500.  We will be glad to discuss your case and provide an specific quote. 

The usual cost for a will is $500.  If your spouse is getting a will at the same time,  it is $750 for both.  Medical Directives, Powers of Attorney, and Deeds are typically $100 each.
